There are two kitchen and shower spaces, allowing ample space for all our guests. We feel is so important to provide excellent facilities. The first 4 tents: Bluebell Yurt, Little Owl Yurt, Valley Yurt and Oak Tipi use the Northern Kitchen and Woodpecker Yurt, Robin, Buzzard, Lark tipis all use the Southern end kitchen. This arrangement also allows for small groups of up to 20 people to book either the Southern end or the Northern end of the site and have their own private facilities. When booking a small group, please take into account that we only accept family groups, not adult-only groups. We are a peaceful family and couples site.

This year we are introducing the option of have your linen provided. This will include, double duvet, bottom sheet, pillows cases. Please remember to tick the required box on the booking form.

The site is a car free zone. So no worries for those with small children. The car park is situated next to the camp site where you will find wheelbarrows to take your luggage and food down to the site. The furthest tipi is no more than 250m approx from the car park.

We can provide washing machine and drying facilities for those with small children/babies. Travel cots can be provided at request. We have two wooden highchairs.

All you need to bring; sleeping bags /duvets, bottom sheet, pillows, torch, tea towel and your food. All the tipis and yurts have a super king sized bed raised of the ground with good mattresses and there are single foam mattresses for the children or extra adults.

The Bake Houses
We have two Clay Earth Ovens, one at the Northern end of the woodland and another at the Southern end, each within a rustic hut. Both are steps away from the kitchens for your convenience.

It is a fantastically wholesome activity for all the family, send the children on an adventure to collect kindling from our ancient forest whilst you feed the fire and relax.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate dogs except assistance dogs.
