Our site is 100% children friendly
It is well fenced in to stop the little ones from wondering too far. Our sandpit and swings are close by to the tipis and yurts. From the tracks right outside your tent, children and adults can mountain bike or walk around a 6 acre section of our woodland. Again its safe and protected. Much freedom for exploring and den making is all around!
A mile walk away and you reach the banks of the River Wye.
Totally off the beaten track, you will often have the river all to yourself. We can guide you to safe paddling for the children with stoney beaches, which are a perfect backdrop to any family picnic. If you're more adventurous, canoe hire is available nearby.
The area is blessed with three fantastic public houses, which all pride themselves in using local produce and are happy to accommodate groups and children. Two of which are walking distance from your tipi or yurt and are close to the river.

At the end of each year we donate an amount from our profit to the charity Visions Life Force Foundation. They are set up for the relief of finacial hardship of native American Indians by providing or assisting in the provision of improved housing with water, power and sanitation servicing, medical and educational centres to incorporate both modern and cultural teachings. The foundation will also assist in helping them stop the desecration of their sacred sites on their land.
