BOOKINGS
Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days. All bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions

Groups to pay £1000 for non refundable deposit and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival or the booking will be cancelled.
Prices may change during the season
Fill in and return a non-refundable deposit of £100 for a weekend or midweek break and £150 for a week's stay. Post to

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible and confirm in writing. If your cancellation is more than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday, you will forfeit the deposit paid. If the cancellation is less than 8 weeks before the start date of your holiday, you will forfeit the money owing to us.
Please note we have no facilities to accept cards, so please send a cheque
2. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days. Unless booking form and deposit are received within 7 days, the booking will be cancelled.
3. Non-payment of the balance (8 weeks prior to your holiday) will be considered as a cancellation.
4. In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to make any refund and therefore we strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover any losses incurred by yourselves.
5. If there are more than 5 people sleeping in your yurt or tipi then the charge of £10 per adult, per night will be charged and nos. must be written on the booking form.
6. All fires on the site must be attended at all times and kept small and manageable. Guards must be used and only our tea lights to be used. Matches must be stored out of reach of children.
7. The arrival time is 3pm and departure time is 10am. Please leave your tipi/yurt tidy, and return all crockery cutlery to the kitchen on your departure.
8. Please note that a good quality sleeping bag is needed for camping.
9. We have raincaps on the tipis and drip catchers inside, but owing to the design of the tipis, some rain may drip in. It is essential that smoke flaps and door are closed correctly to minimise any rain coming in..
10. Children are only allowed to use the play equipment on site under the supervision of a responsible adult
11. Children must also be under adult supervision in the car park and farm yard
12. Hammocks are designed for an average weight of one adult. The smaller hammocks are designed for one child only.
13. Noise to be kept to minimum after 10pm
14. Do not feed the ponies or approach them, as they can bite and kick
15. Any damages must be reported and paid for.
16. We do not accept any liability for any injury or loss on our premises
17. No smoking allowed in the tipis or yurts
18. Any accidents must be reported to Mark or Julia
