Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS
Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days. All bookings
are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Choose your dates and confirm availability with Julia on 01432 840488 or by email julia@woodlandtipis.co.uk
Then download the booking form from the website: www.woodlandtipis.co.uk
Fill in and return with a non- refundable deposit of £100 for
the weekend or midweek break and £150 for a week's long stay.

The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.

Please note we have no facilities to accept cards so payment is by cheque or cash only.


2. Provisional bookings will be held for a period of 7 days. Unless confirmation and deposit is received within this period, the booking will be cancelled.

3. Non-paymentt of the balance (8 weeks prior to your holiday) shall be considered as a cancellation.

4. In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to make any refund and therefore, strongly advise the provision of insurance to cover any losses incurred by yourselves.

5. If there are more than 5 people sleeping in the yurt or tipi then the charge of £5.00 per person, per night is charged and must be written on the booking form.

6. All fires on the site must be attended at all times and kept small and manageable. Guards used and only use tea lights.

7. The arrival time is 2pm and the departure time is 10am
