Terms and Conditions

BOOKINGS
Provisional bookings must be confirmed within 7 days. All bookings
are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. A provisional booking can only be held for 7 days, after 7 days the booking will be released for re-sale. Please download the booking form together with the terms and conditions, fill in and send a (non refundable) deposit of £100 (for weekend or mid week and £150 for a week) to secure your booking. If you are booking more than 1 tipi or yurt, we require £100 or £150 for each unit.

2. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. Non payment by the required date will be considered as a cancellation.

3. In the unforunate event of you having to cancel your holiday, please nore we are unable to make any refund and therefore, we strongly reccommend you take out insurance, to cover you for any losses incurred by yourselves.

4. All fires must be kept small and attended at all times, using the fire guards provided. Only our tea lights must be used inside the tipi/yurts.

5.Visitors must leave their tipi/yurt clean and tidy, return items of crockery, glasses, cutlery to the kitchen, washing up completed and put away.

6. Visitors must report any damage or breakages to the owner. You are required to pay for any damages incurred.

7. Our farmyard is part of a working farm with heavy machinery in use. Please keep children within the boundary of the campsite and when entering the car park, children must be accommpanied by an adult. We are not responsible for any loss or injury incurred.

8. No disturbance of other guests through the use of audio equipment

9. No noise after 10.30 pm please.
